About Me
I come from two distinct cultures: born in Bulgaria and raised in France. Growing up bi-cultural has fostered my curiosity about the world and appreciation for diversity. This curiosity led me to live in Mexico, travel through Latin America, and learn Spanish. It also brought me to the Netherlands, where I’m now training to become a psychologist. I see each culture as a unique universe, and I approach every client’s universe with the same curiosity and openness.
Psychology has been my calling since childhood. Over the years, my reasons have become more nuanced, but what draws me most is the human connection in therapy. It’s a space of trust, vulnerability, and authenticity where real healing happens. The therapeutic relationship allows people to feel seen, safe, and supported – something I’m committed to cultivating in a world that often lacks connection, acceptance, and therefore safety.
I’m especially passionate about inner-child work. Our childhoods shape who we are, and many of our deepest wounds come from well-intentioned but unprepared caregivers, who often subconsciously repeat the learnt patterns of their childhoods. These unhealed wounds can become generational trauma. For me, exploring this multi-layered trauma, systemic-approach during therapy work is a necessity. Because the opportunity to process and liberate yourself from multiple lifetimes of wounds is one of the best gifts you can give to yourself and future generations.
