About Me

My interest in psychology has come from something quite simple: wanting to make people feel heard. I’ve always found meaning in listening to others, understanding their experiences, and being there for them when things feel difficult. Over time, this grew into a deeper curiosity about how we can create meaningful change in our lives and feel at ease with the way we are.

My experiences in hospital and clinical settings have shaped the way I understand people and their experiences, while moving to a new country at a young age taught me the importance of having a space where you feel accepted. These experiences have strengthened my belief in the relationship we build in therapy and the power of feeling genuinely heard. I therefore consider therapy a collaborative process in which we explore your thoughts and feelings together and find what feels helpful as well as meaningful to you. My approach is thus integrative and based on individual needs, incorporating evidence-based techniques with your unique experiences and feelings.

I especially want therapy to feel like a sincere space where you don’t have to pretend or worry about being judged. I aim to help you feel more at ease, while making sure you don’t have to navigate everything on your own.

* Why this picture? A cozy kitchen makes me feel at home: taking the time to bake slowly lets me clear my mind and grounds me. When life feels too fast, such moments in the kitchen remind me to stay present and appreciate the little details that make life genuine.
