About Me

I am French-Mexican and spent most of my life in Mauritius before moving to Leiden for my studies five years ago. It was here that I discovered my passion for psychology, alongside a deeper understanding of my own psyche. I hope to inspire you to embark on a similar journey of self-discovery and exploration, one that celebrates growth and self-awareness.

As a queer person, I deeply value individuality and intersectionality. My identity challenges societal norms, and I strive to cultivate a therapeutic space that thrives on empathy and inclusivity. I want to understand your unique perspective and how life feels for you, offering therapy that is client-centered and tailored to your needs. Drawing from a variety of approaches, I aim to provide a toolkit that empowers you to navigate your challenges and honour your human uniqueness.

I’m also passionate about the healing power of nature and animals, currently pursuing a master’s in clinical animal behaviorism with the goal of practicing animal-assisted therapy. Our primal bond with animals fosters non-verbal communication, comfort, and unconditional love—powerful tools for healing. Therapy, to me, is an act of self-love, a chance to rewrite negative self-perceptions and nurture compassion for oneself. Together, we can unlearn what no longer serves you and embrace the practices that do.
