About Me
Growing up in Spain, attending an international school, and being ethnically Indian helped me form my own unique blend of cultures, languages, and more. However, I struggled with my identity and belonging for a long time (and sometimes still do). When I moved to the Netherlands for my studies, I found a community that encouraged and supported me on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and acceptance. This path has made me curious about the layers that make up each person’s individuality, and I want to support them on their journey in an inclusive space.Â
As a teenager, people often felt comfortable turning to me when they were struggling. I found myself drawn to understanding the underlying ‘why’ behind people’s experiences and emotions, including my own. These experiences, combined with my empathetic and community-oriented nature, shaped my desire to become a therapist.Â
In therapy, my priority is making you feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely heard. I believe having a strong and open connection is the foundation for growth. I am especially drawn to working with those navigating their identity, whether influenced by culture, background, or simply the messiness of being human. I tailor my approach to you, integrating and collaborating in a way that adapts to what feels most helpful for your unique journey. I am curious about your story, and I would love the chance to hear it.
